I'm excited to announce the launch of a new online graduate program in web mapping. This October the University of Kentucky will begin offering a graduate certificate (11 credits) and a Master’s of Science (30 credits) in digital mapping for the web.

  • Classes begin October 4th 2015 with rolling admissions
  • Ten-week terms with four start dates a year.
  • Courses focused on GIS, web programming, cartographic design, and spatial analysis and visualization.
  • Specialized short courses available.

All the details are at the program’s webpage including the full listing of courses and some samples of student work.  We will be sharing updates to the program via Facebook and Twitter including samples of courses and other tutorials, so follow us today.
