A few weeks ago we discussed creating a new section where forum members could discuss "anything" as long as the subject matter remains non-promotional or unappropriate, et cetera. Rather than creating a new forum we decided that the "Miscellaneous" forum would work just fine for this type of discussion.
So far, the "Miscelaneous" section has been used as posting ground for cartographic discussion that did not fit elsewhere, which is perfect. However, I wanted to let everyone know (because I think it's important), that if you want to discuss other subjects outside the realm of geographic science, feel free to post those topics right here in the "Miscellaneous" forum.
