Hi all friend

I have Problem like:

I want to create midline between two polylines how should i do?

Measure the distance between two line. Select one and create buffer. The buffer length will be the half of the total distance between the two lines (please keep in mind about the measuring unit and your projection unit.)

Souik.gis I dont understand how you mean. Your method would only work if the lines are stright and parallell with  each other which lines almost never are in maps. If the distance to the "midline" increase along the patch of the lines your buffer method wont work. Or am I missing something here?

I'm not an expert on this, and it's not a trivial task, but people have researched solutions using Delaunay triangulation and the Voronoi midpoints. Try a Google search for "Delaunay Voronoi skeleton crust", e.g. the paper "The Crust and Skeleton - applications in GIS" by Chris Gold.
