Hi all, like a said in a early post of mine own, i am kind of a newbie in this area. I am currently working with uav development to the GIS area, so i am looking for software options.

Someone mentioned me ArcGis, so i want to know if i can make a georeferenced orthomosaic, and later process information on this orthomosaic?

How would you like to create orthomosaics? If you already have ortho rectified images, then you can use ArcGIS to mosaic them.

But if you want to create orthophotos from stereo photography or stereo imagery then you will need a photogrammetry suite, say LPS (Leica Photogrammetry Suite). It is an addon to ERDAS Imagine.

You can easily do it if all the photos are already geo-referenced. If they are not, then you need to geo-reference them first and then mosaic them. Both these jobs can be easily done in ArcGIS or other software too. I have Mapublisher, if you want then I will do it for you.
