I went to school as an undergrad student thinking I wanted to go into premedicine. Halfway into my first semester, I encountered one of the greatest mentors of my life thus far and he changed the way I thought about and viewed our world. This was unexpected, but perhaps the most influential experience I've had as an undergraduate student.
Here's one I've spent a lot of time on using Natural Scene Designer Pro and TerrainBender. Any helpful suggestions or constructive criticism would be great. I no longer have access to NSD, but have done the majority of the design work in Illustrator and Photoshop.
I've attached examples of the "sun glint" and whitewater rapids techniques I'm working on as well. Ideas / suggestions? It's been extremely difficult to create a realistic sheen of light reflecting off the reservoirs/major water bodies. Also, does anyone know of examples of hydroelectric dams? Mine clearly could be better/more realistic as well...
