Gateway House: Indian Council on Global Relations is a foreign policy think tank based in Mumbai – www.gatewayhouse.in. We are quite new, just over two years old, and growing. We are independent, non-partisan, not-for-profit and membership-based.

We do quite a lot of research, and some of it is visual, through maps that we produce once a year. These are long research projects, and they are popular with our members - who are India's leading corporates, business and opinion leaders, delegates and ambassadors,  and NGOs.

We require a creative map designer/cartographer who can envision the look and feel of our maps and assist in the digitization of these products. We have used a professional artist from the advertising industry in the past (a sample is here: http://www.gatewayho...bility-map-2012), but our new maps, which have been designed in-house, are more complex and sophisticated and need a professional cartographer.

The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree with extensive work experience in cartography and design. Creativity and innovativeness is a must.

For more questions, please contact Nikhil Mani at +91-22-2202-3371 or send an e-mail to jobs@gatewayhouse.in.
