I need a very fast turnaround on this. A client 92 US Zip Codes (all over the country), and wants a driving distance mileage grid (centroid to centroid). So, about 4100 unique routes measured. Someone with Network Analyst should be able to do this pretty quickly, or MapPoint with the MileCharter extension. General US highways network is fine (NHPN or equivalent).
The catch? They want an excel spreadsheet by noon US Central time tomorrow.
