Hi
I have a point shapefile of boreholes with bore hole name as attribute. I would like to export this data as GPS file (GPX or any other GPS format) with bore hole name. Any idea ? Thanks.

To get GPS data from clients into a shapefile format I use GPS Babel http://www.gpsbabel.org/

It is quick, easy, and free. I don't know if it will convert from a shapefile but you can give it a try.

I usually use DNR garmin
http://dnrgarmin.sof...r.com/download/

But can also be done using QGIS
