On February 7th 2013 there will be a cartography conference in The Netherlands, organised by me. In terms of content I hope to achieve something along the lines of Practical Cartography Day in The Netherlands: presentations on subjects that are immediately related to the day-to-day practice of cartography, combined with a lot of networking and catching up with other cartographers. The event will be primarily in Dutch, so aimed at people from The Netherlands and Flanders, but if anybody else wants to come, the more the merrier If this becomes a succes I hope to be able to make it an annual thing.
