I'm working in ArcGlobe v 10.0 and my aerial photo appears very pixilated when draped over my DEM. A friend of mine told me to adjust the contrast in order to smooth the display of the image. I don't see how that's going to help because it's my understanding that contrast adjusts the difference between the lighter and darker pixels. Also, when I adjust the contrast, the details aren't as sharp as they were originally.
Thanks for your help.

You might be able to set something in the Layer Properties, but its also partially dependent on how much RAM you have. Have you built a pyramid file for the image?
