Hi,
I am interested in map design, i am making thematic, analytical maps.
I am using ArcGIS Desktop 10 and i would like to improve my skills.
I was trying to search any courses/training or conferences, but i was not succesfull.
Can you recommend me any tips or events? I prefer Europe

training.esri.com also has tons of online training, some of it free, as well as seminars. You can actually do a LOT online through the site.
I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but it sounded like layout and design help. The link is "Layout Design Essentials for ArcGIS 10.1" and it is live streamed to your desktop. (Note that you can't hit the "attend" button until 30 mins before the start time... )
