For those of us who occasionally have to do large-scale mapping of new development, here's an idea. Looking at the results, I'm not sure it's all that great an idea, but for your amusement . . .

I know there are guys who use remote control helicopters to do oblique real estate photography. I'm sure they can also do planimetric aerials but I've never priced them.

Here's another business that uses a tethered blimp to take images up to 500 feet above ground level. Their images are excellent! Stratus Imaging
