I just followed through on it and ordered the full version of Photoshop CS6 for US$232.40, with free U.S. shipping. I cannot be entirely certain this will work for others, but there is nothing in the message to say that the code is solely for my own use or that it must not be forwarded.

Now if only they do the same with Illustrator....
