Hello there,

Can anybody make a statement what is the current licence the OSM data are under ?
Is the process of switch to ODBL still ongoing, maybe OSM is already under ODBL, or the extracts of data (geofabrik/ cloudmade) are still under CC-BY-SA ?
Couldn't locate any trustable answer or roadmap for the transision of the licence.
