Hello all!
What are your impressions of Ortelius? Does anyone have experience working with this software? I am looking to begin a career in GIS/Cartography/Design and was hoping to get some feedback on the program. Thanks!

I'd say get the free trial and see if you like it. My only complaint about Ortelius is that you can't import shapefiles and have them clip and align to your map boundaries. I had to write a Python program to do this outside of Ortelius.
