Freelance GIS Designer Needed

• Fluent in Esri ArcGIS (9.x or 10)
• Able to create thematic maps based on supplied data tables, e.g.: Population of diet soda consumers by county, prevalence of diabetes by census tract, per capita income by country, by district

Skillset should include:
• Georeferencing/geocoding addresses to convey points
• Locating SHP files from public domain
• Banding/range queries

Emphasis is on layout and design rather than deep analytics. Good sense of colors and data breaks and the ability to incorporate layout elements such as graphs, pictures, typography, etc. is important. Please provide link to a personal/company profile and a sample of completed projects. Please be sure to include typical pricing.
