This may just be my taste, but overall I find the colors a bit dark and the green rather bright (although, if this is going to be for print maps greens are one of the colors that can look the most different between screen and paper). Depending on what sort of other information and features you're going to lay on top you might want to tone down the colors and shading. And depending on the climate and vegetation of the area you might want to experiment with different color ramps. I come from a dry area so we don't see a lot of bright greens in the landscape usually (maybe briefly after a good rain), but we do have mountains that get snow, so I would probably try for maybe a muted green for lower elevations, maybe even a gray-green, or even brown or tan, and white at the highest elevations for my area. For maps of another part of the country/world I might use greener greens and no white on the peaks.
