Nice find ! I like it although I didn't see our house in the middle of a street.
On that note, a pet peeve: I wouldn't buy it unless I was sure that most of my top favorites were on there... In that case, I think it would be really helpful for other potential customers to be able to read each street (or at least have a available list of all ways and POIs to see) before buying.
I can understand that Dorothy, the creator, is concerned by lost sales if someone prints it out on their own, but a large semi-opastic watermark would do the trick.

Brings me to mind of a fun project from a couple years ago we did for the musician Gary Pickus... emulating mid-century American road maps.
