Is it WGS_1984_Web_Mercator_Auxiliary_Sphere? It certainly gets close when overlaid on top of Bing maps in ArcGIS:

Is it WGS_1984_Web_Mercator_Auxiliary_Sphere? It certainly gets close when overlaid on top of Bing maps in ArcGIS:


Or even just Mercator on the sphere, which it is a dead-ringer for.
