Hello guys!
The main objective of this post is to resolve a query about vectorizing.
I have already search for such kind of thing here in CartoTalk and in the internet as well, unfortunately I haven't found none. I used to operate ArcGIS 10 in my old trainee company and it has a lot of shortcuts for vectorizing, but in the ArcGIS 9.3 I can't found it, is there a way to have shortcuts in ArcGIS 9.3 for this?

Most of the tools for vectorizing are in 9.3 some were new to 10. Which tools specifically are you looking for?
