CyberSWIFT Assists Indian State Launch A GIS Based Grievance Management System

Global IT services concern, CyberSWIFT, adds another feather to its cap by assisting the government of Jharkhand in India develop a GIS based call centre. This innovative call centre better known as the Jharkhand Grievance Management System, or www.aapkacm.com is a platform for communicating your complaints against any department of the state.

The Jharkhand Grievance management system (JGMS) or the online version of it www.aapkacm.com is the brainchild of, Shri Arjun Munda, the honorable chief minister of Jharkhand. One can reach JGMS by simply dialing 06513059999, emailing their complaints to info@aapkacm.com, or lodging a complaint in the website (http://www.aapkacm.c...dgecomplain.php). The 24X7 call centre is so prepared that that it will register complaints in multiple languages like English, Hind, and other local dialects. The innovative GIS system helps to identify the location of the incoming call, and highlights the area where the call density is high. With the help of this system Shri Arjun Munda can monitor the calls live and air his views as well.
