First of all thanks a lot guys for the invaluable advice. Now to my problem, i would like to be able to geocode locations in Uganda; somewhere in Africa. Since no GIS app has support for our address format, i intend to create, from scratch, a reference data set and then a locator style to use ArcGIS 10 as a platform. Is this possible? If so how do I get from here? Any reference reading material, step by step advice will highly be appreciated. Thanks
