This looks like a phenomenal primary source of information. Just reading up on it now--an ambitious project.

This looks amazing but it does not appear that they are available for downloading for free anymore. Am I missing something?

They are still available, links on the left hand side take you to the books, which can be downloaded as individual chapters.
