Hey Cartoers,
I have an issue with a set of Easting and Northing numbers I received:
Easting = -1072’ 2095314
Northing= 705’ 418150
Does anyone know what this means?

Do you know where they came from? That might provide clues to the notation it uses.
See if using DD does anything but guessing isn't always the best...:

Yes good point I forgot to mention where they were from. They are somewhere in California near Sacramento.
Coordinates are in California State Plane 2, NAD 27
Which is extremely odd. I have never seen Easting and Norhting with -1075' and 705' before.

If you omit the first parts, the coordinates do look like NAD27 California II coordinates. They fall northwest of Sacramento, in Sutter county.
