I have a bunch of text labels in Illustrator. Like... hundreds... Most of them are left-aligned (i.e. the text reference point is to the left of the text). I want to change that to center-aligned and then preferably with a bit of a baseline shift so that the text reference point falls in the center of the text label. How can I do that without changing the position of the text? I don't want to have to redo the entire text placement phase.

Hi Hans,
Give this a go. http://kelsocartogra...m/scripts/#john
If you then give them all the same baseline shift you should then be able to nudge them all back up to their original position.
Cheers,
S.
