I need to find a zip code boundary shape-file for the 1990s but am having no luck searching around online. Census only serves up the new ZCTAs but I have a student who needs the actual zip code boundaries. I think he's found a vendor who sells this data but I know it must be online somewhere. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Yeah, found that. Those are centroids only which we already have. He needs a zip code boundary file instead. Thanks though.
