Does anyone know where I can get ahold of a World Oceans Shapefile. Been looking for awhile now and nothing. I am two searches short of just making the dang thing myself (may be a lot less accurate then i need). I am new to this site and any help would be greatly appreciated.

See the Natural Earth downloads. There are coastline and ocean polygon files in each scale group.

No problem. I should add that if you want or need ocean and sea names to go with the polygons look up the Physical Labels marine layer. Good luck.
