Hello:

Is anyone here using TatukGIS objects to develop GIS applications? I use it a lot with Delphi. It allows me to make executables that are simple to load on clients' machines, and there is no royalty or license issue.

Has anyone had success using ArcObjects with Delphi? The ESRI docs say you can, and Delphi/Pascal is much faster than VB or VBA, but I'm not sure if it really works.

With ESRI more or less dropping MapObjects, it seems that the only ESRI path to stand-alone apps is with the GIS Engine, which requires a licensed software app to be on the client's machine.
