I'm working with a small team on porting a GIS based map to mobile devices. I'm familiar with the Avenza PDF Map App (which is great BTW!). But I don't know of any similar apps for Android or other smart phones. Are there any other mobile apps for non iOS phones that can read GeoPDFs?

We intend to make an Android version of our app sometime soon and then further it to Blackberry and Windows Mobile.

Wow, you guys are always quick to check in on Avenza topics but that was a new record!

Glad to hear there will be variants for other devices, I like the idea of using the same reader across devices. Any idea how far out the Android version might be? I plan to use your PDF Maps app as the selling point for our using the Geospatial PDF format for sharing the output from this project.

Ted, since I have you here and we are talking about the PDF Maps app, I have a few quick questions for you. How does the app handle attributes for features in the GeoPDF? Can you display feature attributes or search for features by attribute? Can it turn layers on or off?

I've built one map for the PDF Maps app from MAPublisher but I'm afraid it's too large for my older iTouch to handle so I haven't been able to really investigate these features.

A bump and a question, how are the plans on releasing an Android version going? I've had a good look at the iOS app, to have that functionality on Android tablets and phones would be very useful (and cheaper!)
