I am looking for a specific application that I saw about 1 or 2 years ago but I have completely forgotten the name of it.

The main point about the software is that it can convert world maps into a broad range of map projections, including very rare ones (such as Guyou, Adams, Briesmeister, Atlantis and Oblique versions etc.). I believe it may be able to handle all the proj4 projections but I am not sure.
It is not GDALWARP or FWTOOLS. It is also not free and has a nice graphic user interface (GUI).
Thanks for any help you can provide
