Hello again!
Is there a way to create one point from a number of superimposed points? It is important that the new point also contains some of the attributes listed in the each of the superimposed points. So basically I want to combine a cluster of points into one point, attribute tables included (or at least one of the columns). There are lots of spots (~1000) with superimposed points, so the more automated, the better!
Alternatively, if I could add the attributes (i.e. one of the specific values each point has) of the superimposed points directly into a raster cell, that would be great too - maybe even better.
Thanks a lot!

Oh and I have ArcGIS 10 and Manifold.

Sounds like you want the "collect events" tool in spatial statistics. This only works on features that are exactly over lapped so you may need to use "integrate" to move your points around if they are not already perfectly aligned.

Are you aware of the technic to aggregate attributes of spatially matching objects with Manifolds Spatial SQL? For an example have a look at this thread: http://www.georefere.../t38534.9#38563
You will know that it's easy to create grid cells with Manifolds Grid... dialog.

Are you wanting to output an average location of your point cluster?
