I used PeakBagger in the past, but I was only looking for specific mountains. I don't know if you can download a coordinate list from the site. If not, you may want to look at the contact page and ask for it. Who knows?

There is an older thread about mountains peaks here in the forum:

Perhaps it helps.

Nature Earth:

Natural Earth is a public domain map dataset available at 1:10m, 1:50m, and 1:110m scales.
Featuring tightly integrated geodata in ArcGIS shapefile vector and GeoTIFF raster formats.
With Natural Earth you can make a variety of visually pleasing, well-crafted maps with cartography or GIS software.
Natural Earth was built through a collaboration of many volunteers and is supported by NACIS
(North American Cartographic Information Society), and is free for use in any type of project.

Choose the scale (10m preferably), go to "physical" and find mountains. There will be shp with many fields, incl. names and elevations.
