The booklet "Colors For Maps" now comes with a .style file for use in ArcGIS! The style file is described in a blog post here.
One interesting thing that some purchasers discovered when they loaded the .style file is that it appears that ArcMap limits itself to showing 256 colors at a time in the color chooser. All the Colors For Maps colors fit on there but you have to turn off your other palettes in the More Symbols tab if you want to see them all in one place like on the screenshot in the blog entry.
The colors are organized so that each row shows the colors from each page (i.e., they aren't jumbled up).
If you have some other custom colors that you want to have visible at the same time, simply make a copy of the .style file and modify the copy so that it only shows those colors that you are the most likely to use.
Those that have already purchased the booklet can just send me a message and I'll get the file to you.
