Just wanted to show you a map showing reorganized airspace around Oslo.
The map is in Norwegian but some abbreviations may be recognizable to pilots and air sport enthusiasts (if any of yuo fall into either category):

CTR = Control Zone
TMA = Terminal Area
TIA = Traffic Information Area
TIZ = Traffic Information Zone
