Hi every body,

I have a problem to generate slope from ASTER and SRTM data.
At first, data was imported to ARC GIS 10, and then slope was generated based on DEGREE. But it was not true. Because all of area is red.
I attached it.

If you are still stuck, what projection are you using? A GCS or a PCS?

Hello dear,

I am still confused. Projected coordinate system is defined as UTM WGS84 N38. Also data was converted to different format such as Geo tiff, Grid and so on.
But there is still problem.

Maybe reference the download link, I've seen this happen before when the data wasn't projected correctly.

Are the Z measurements in the same units as the projection? (z-values using metres or feet and not some form of geographic measurement like decimal degrees, lat/long)
