Hi,
Im in need of some advice, I have been working in the GIS field for 4'ish years and also have a GIS degree, however on aspect that I dont have any skills in is Programming. I have just started (4 lessons out of 24) learning Python, which i do in my own time.
However I would also like to learn programming for the Web API's that is used in ArcGIS Server. For someone who doesnt have any web programming knowledge what the is the best route / easiest for a beginner?
Thanks

Every conference I go to, I am told FLEX is the easiest to pick up. My organization will not allow us to use flex. I am trying to teach myself Siilverlight. Which doesn't seem to be that hard.
