Only because of the North Atlantic Oscillation due to a blocking Greenland High which is giving Eastern North America a very European feel to the climate. In other words you stole our winter & the Winter industry is yelling that it wants it back.Merry Christmas everybody! (from a snowy Netherlands, finally a white Christmas again)

Merry Christmas from the northern great plains. No new snow today, but we have had plenty this year!
