GIS projects are hard to come by these days & if the prediction of the market crash leading into the next great depression is true then it's going to get a lot harder for us all in the near future. In the meantime try social networking, contact your local government representative providing they not in the business of hogging all the work away from private industry, & keep writing on this board. Another question are you a company of one or many? That is also a determination whether you need a second job or not.
