I designed the guest map for the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. I captured the process in a time-lapse video. Please have a look...

I have a lot of fun watching your time lapse movies. Keep 'em coming!

Pretty cool, your screen capture video. And a very illustrative result, as I would say!
What software do you use to make such videos?
Could you provide a link to the map they used before? For comparison... Did they use a 2D map before or was the old version also isometric/bird's eye view? What kind of style did the old map have? I couldn't find an old version, just did a quick search...
Best regards
Johannes

I keep switching screen capture software. What software do you use to make such videos?
I used Windows Movie Maker for all of my editing this time (and this is what I usually do).
I used CyberLink PowerDirector for my promo video editing

because it included HD video along with my low res screen captures.
This is updated for 2010, but this is basically what has been used in the pastCould you provide a link to the map they used before? For comparison... You also catch glimpses of it in the video.

OK, thanks. The "technical" look of a slightly colored AutoCAD map - obviously not the best depiction for such a purpose. I can understand, why they wanted a new map!
