I have knowticed over time that folks are adding little tid bits of info on Google Earth (Pins, Tags) as well as imagery-- How is this done ? Can anyone add the data to it? If it requires code I'm $&&9 <--- ( Bad Word )

There are many ways to get information into Google Earth. The easiest is to simply add your own "placemark" manually with Google Earth software. You can also upload static images and manually reference them.

Similarly you can export data from a GIS into KML format. If you search www.esri.com/Arcscipts for "KML" you can find some free conversion scripts that work in Arcview/ArcGIS.

There are many different ways to generate KML files. It's a relative to XML and the documentation can be found here.
