Hi All,
I'm interested in finding out what is the best paper stock (weight, see-through, strength, etc) for use in a street directory.
I note that in Australia the popular directories use a very strong but light-weight paper. Every publisher uses something different, so would be keen to hear what experiences others have in this area.
Regards,
Craig

I think a better approach might be to have your printer provide recommendations and samples, or to have him refer you to his preferred paper merchant. I might recommend something only available in North America, or you might find one distributed in Oz but not in Hong Kong where your directory is actually being printed.
