How about Avenza's MAPublisher for Illustrator? It has advanced labeling and index generation features and, of course, you can keep using Illustrator's CMYK mode...We are preapreing the map in Corel Draw and Illustrator. But we need the map making with index lableing software. which is to be supported to cmyk printing.
