Hi All

I am here with an interesting question, does partnering with freelancers, who are in full time working in GIS related services be helpful.

Do they really share their work at least on need basis, and off course do they share/pay the service they render? on time?

Absolutely, Cartotalk is great for that. I have had a couple of map projects where I have paid some people on this site to execute parts of my projects and some have paid me to do things on theirs.
