Hello
I am trying to find more current US census data at the Cenus Block Group level. I have gone to the US web site, in particular the American Factfinder site. I understand I can get the Decennial census data at this level but it looks like to me that the yearly population and economic estimates only come at the County level. Is this correct or am I looking in the wrong spot? I would like to get certain statistics for 2000 (which I have), 2009 and maybe some population projections for all Census Block Groups within a particular county.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi Bruce,
This can be a confusing process. Try sending your question to:
Jim Castagneri
Geographic Coordinator
Denver Regional Census Center
720-475-3602
email: james.d.castagneri@census.gov
I met him at a GIS conference a few months ago and he's very helpful when it comes to querying American FactFinder.
