Aster gdem in arcgis

Hi there,
I manage to download some tiles of 30m aster gdem but i cannot figure out how to use them together in arcgis.
I googled to find informations about merging them, but i always get an error and i cannot.
I just want to merge them in order to have the same grayscale range (not relative to each tile).

Hi Gianluca,
In ArcToolbox goto Data Management Tools > Raster > Raster Dataset and use Mosaic to New Raster
