Hi,

I'm an old cartographer from before computerisation. I've been in business for a while now and specialise in school atlas cartography but dabble in lots of different sorts. I'm glad to have found this forum and look forward to discussing things cartographic with you all.

Kind regards,
Kim Wright

Hi Kim, and welcome to Cartotalk! I have this nagging feeling we may have met before, were you by any chance at a NACIS conference a few years ago?

Hi Hans,

Thanks for the welcome! This seems like a really friendly group. :) Nope, never been at any NACIS conferences - my loss!

Greetings from another Map Graphics -- the one in Canada. We've been confused with you guys a few times over the years. In fact, a few years ago someone sent us a copy of your "Atlas of the Pacific Islands", assuming we had done it! Very nice work, too. B)

To make things even more interesting, we actually had another client once about ten years ago, also named Map Graphics -- located in Kansas!

Must have gotten you confused with somebody else then. No worries.

Hi Charles,

Yes, likewise, we've been asked to quote on maps just like on our web site - which happened to be yours! ;)

Thanks for the comment on the Atlas of the Pacific Islands. :)
