Hello,
a question: I have ArcMap 9.3 and I wnat to use HTML po-up tool. In the layer properties I enabled HTML popups, but they icon on the "Tools" toolbar is not becoming active. Any possible solutions? I couldn't find any relative help neither in google nor in ArcMap Help.

Is the 'HTML Popup' tab active when you right click on a layer and click on 'Properties', should be the last
tab?

got it finally to work, somewhat only after a reinstall of the program, though run into some interesting issues with HTML popups, going to post about them soon. Thanks!!!
