The information below came from volume 25 of the Cartography Specialty Group Association of American Cartographers

Check out the link: www.drmap.info

“Ask Dr. Map”
For the last two years, the American Congress on
Surveying and Mapping's Bulletin has published a column
on cartography called "Ask Dr. Map." The author, who
wishes to remain anonymous, has now added a web site at
http://www.drmap.info. Dr. Map tells me that the
column is about "irrelevant, irreverent cartography." A
web site revision is under way, and I'm told that Dr. Map
has plans for a book of the "best" columns, illustrated with
maps and images. CSG members are encouraged to visit
the web site, and to send map questions."
