We're looking for a Design and Production Cartographer (freelancer) to work from their home-office on our projects. Their home-office should consist of: Mac with system 10.4.11 or later; or PC with Windows XP or later... Preferrably working on a Mac platform. Strong skills in Adobe CS software are required; and, knowledge of MaPublisher, ArcView, and other cartographic software is helpful.

Taking pride in one's work; ability to beat deadlines; and willingness to learn and try new techniques are desireable qualities for this person; flexibility and professionalism are also beneficial. Must have strong desire to work remotely from specifications, and without supervision.

Individuals straight out of a University Geography Program are encouraged to apply; as well as experienced freelancers.

You must be able to provide samples of your work for review.
