What do you mean by "original coordinates"? MAPublisher will read a DWG just fine but since DWG doesn't store projection information you'd have to indicate that yourself if you want any meaningful scale out of it.

What do you mean by "original coordinates"?
When I point a mouse at some point (with MAP Location tool), there are coordinates that are not similar to the coordinates of the same pоint in the *.dwg file.

Hmmm... Do you have a screencapture image you can post? I would like to help but I would like to make sure what you meant by " there are coordinates that are not similar to the coordinates of the same pint in the *.dwg file".
